Who else has a landlord with a backyard bowl? Sure somebody does, but does that same landlord have a miniramp/wallride in his office? Doubtful. With a bowl, indoor ramp, and plans for a rooftop ramp with a tiki bar under his belt, its probably hard to find a cooler person to rent a house from!
