Memphis Needs A Skatepark

So, ive said it before, Memphis has no skatepark. Memphis has a rad scene with some killer skaters that would possibly just get better with a place to actually go and learn. Its been problem after problem in the struggle to get a skatepark. There is light at the end of this tunnel. Pepsi cola has offered up to 250,000$$$ in a refresh everything grant.
